  • I just ordered and my access isn't working, why?
    Although most access is immediate it may take a few minutes to activate your userID and password. If your account has not become active within one hour of your order please contact us IMMEDIATELY by telephone so that we can correct the situation.   • My password suddenly stopped working and my account is paid up, what happened?
